This collection has a kind of mirror effect of the period it was created and produced. When we began to create “2020”, the collection had a different title because we were living in a different world. The creating process was tasked in a different way: the inspiration, the mood board, the concept—everything was different. But reality changed it as much as it changed our lives. The emotional attack was so strong, it would be fake and dishonest leaving the collection as it was conceived at the beginning. “2020” jewelry is a product of the most strange, “pandemic” period. It was created and produced step by step through these great changes. All the emotions and the reality we faced are translated in this collection: fear, discontent, a new reality, new beginnings, a new world. It’s all about our “2020” jewelry.
